 Currently (As of 1/1/2021), I do my best to ship your order within 7 to 10 business days after your order is placed*. Oftentimes your order will ship sooner but it all depends on the number of orders received and product availability. 

*Some custom orders are not included in the current turnaround time. Custom order turnaround time is dependent upon my product availability and the turnaround time of my supply vendors. Some very specific ribbon can take up to a month but the majority is received within 7 business days. Felt centers typically arrive to me within 7 business days. Some custom clay centers can take up to 2 months to arrive to me.
If you need a custom bow by a certain date, I encourage you to contact me to ensure I can fulfill your order by the time needed.

I'd love the opportunity to create the bow you are dreaming of. I've found it best if you contact me to discuss your custom bow(s). Alternatively, you may design your custom from our Customs collection but I may be following up with questions to ensure I create your ideal bow.

All invoices should be paid within 24 hours of receipt. I do my best to contact you to let you know your invoice has been sent. Invoices are sent to your email Inbox, not directly to your Paypal account. If you are unable to pay within the specified time, please contact me, don't ghost me. I promise we can work something out.

We ship to the United States through USPS. The majority of our shipments go out as USPS First Class packages though larger orders may require USPS Priority. USPS packages typically arrive in 1-3 business days though we have zero control of delivery times once the item is shipped.

Free shipping is offered at the price point listed in the banner. Orders with free shipping will be shipped through the most economical method. If you require faster shipping, contact me and we can discuss.
